Nice view! Good location. Very Clean. The bedroom could use blackout shades because the lights are on all night outside the window. The beautiful new refrigerator has a really, really loud compressor which is pretty annoying. Smart TV would be nice for the price.

First of all, this place is in a great location with wonderful views of the mountains over Dillon Reservoir! Pluses include covered parking (down two levels), easy access to the reservoir, close drives to ski areas and other recreational opportunities, a nicely redecorated bathroom, and a very nice clubhouse with a pool table, sauna and outdoor hot tub with the same great views. However, there are a few easily correctable things that keep this from being a 5-star accommodation. While the unit was fairly well stocked, the kitchen was pretty disorganized and a mishmash of items. Certain things I consider important were missing, such as any storage containers, measuring spoons, plastic cups for the hot tub and ice cube trays for the non-ice making fridge. Though the fridge appeared new, it was incredibly noisy when running. No facial tissue was provided. The decor is somewhat dated, with certain items clearly on their last legs, such as the nearly inoperable living room curtains, and a larger TV would have been nice. All in all, cleanliness was a bit subpar. The bathtub wasn't scrubbed, the living room carpet was stained and had what looked like a burn hole in it, and the recliner armrests were stained and dirty. That all being said, with a little TLC, I would stay here again!

Very cozy stay! It was just quite dry in the place, so I’d recommend putting in a humidifier or something!

Great unit, has everything you need, wonderful views. It was exactly what we needed for a weekend stay.
